Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bubblesbynature.com.au. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Flat rate: $11.00

Orders over $110.00, Free Shipping.

 

We know what it's like, you add all the beautiful things to your cart, go to check out and realise you will need to sell your left leg to pay for shipping. At Bubbles by Nature, we value your limbs, so we offer a flat rate of $11 for shipping throughout Australia and orders over $110 receive free shipping.

 

Picking and packing your order may take 1-3 working days dependent on order volume, with sales and peak times during the year taking up to 3-4 working days. Shipping times are at the mercy of Australia Post and where you are located in Australia. Please allow 5-7 working days to be sure to receive your package to avoid disappointing loved ones for their birthday, Mother's Day, or other important occasion. Don't upset them, be organised. ;)

 

RETURNS:

Sometimes we change our minds once the parcel has arrived and the product is in our hands. We would love to think that will not be an issue for you, that you will love your soapy products. However, if you have changed your mind and the product is not faulty (damaged or the wrong product has been sent), please know we do not accept returns simply on change of mind.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
